Parks & Recreation Show Contest

I created and entry for the Parks and Recreation poster contest. Here's some info: Leslie's running for City Council, and she needs your help! Create your own poster for the Knope 2012 campaign and submit your design; Leslie's favorite submissions will be posted on the site with the winning design featured on the official campaign trail! I really hope my design will be picked. It features all of the issues that Leslie wants to fix when she is elected to city council. The posters were designed in Illustrator. To make the text wrap work correctly, I made a copy of the outer circle around Leslie and then put the circle on a separate layer. I enlarged the circle and then dropped the opacity to zero so it wouldn't show. I did a text box with all the text and did a text wrap around the invisible circle. The typeface for the text is Futura which I consider an easily readable typeface. The graphic of Leslie was provided but came with a white background which I removed in Photoshop. The text at the bottom which says "Leslie Knope for City Council" was a provided graphic as well (by NBCUniversal.)
